Can you believe it?!
Despite the fact that the trees only just began sprouting and much of the country is still covered in snow, it is time to enroll the kids in Summer Camp here in Mount Pleasant. I know it feels crazy but this is the time of year it is done. So with that said, I have done all of the legwork for you to build a list of the best summer camps in the area so you can choose the one that will be best for your kids. Please be sure to share this post with your friends and neighbors so they don’t miss the cut off either!
The Little Gym Summer Day Camp
Want your kids to enjoy all of the healthy and physical benefits of attending a summer camp without all of the bug bites, poison ivy, and extended commitments? Look no further than the day camp at The Little Gym. When your kids attend they will get to enjoy a wide array of physical activities to help them burn off energy, as well as, fun arts and crafts while beating the heat. There are two age groups to choose from (ages 3-8 and ages 6-12) and both programs run for three hours per day.
Outdoor Adventure Camps At The Kids Play Garden
Do your little ones love to tap into their adventurous side? If so, they are sure to love the Outdoor Adventure Kids Camp at The Kids Play Garden! Children that are ages 5-12 can attend their outdoor adventure camps in either Mt. Pleasant or South Windermere campuses throughout June and July. Activities include nature hikes, animal tracking, yoga, farming practices with goats, chickens, fish, and much more! Just beware your little ones are likely to come home pretty tuckered out from all of the excitement each day.
Famous Adventures Outdoor Summer Camp
Famous Adventures is another very popular option for kids in need of lots of stimulating activities. The staff is really passionate about indulging a child’s natural curiosity about the world around them and showing them how to safely and responsibly test the limits of their adventurous side, In addition to having one of the most popular summer camps in the area, they also host several other camps that take place throughout the school year for children of most ages.
