Lauren helped me sell my house in Mt Pleasant. I met Lauren when she sold another house in my neighborhood. She was going door to door speaking with the neighbors and inviting them to an open house. I appreciated the effort she put into selling their... house. Before listing my house she came over with multiple charts with data on the current housing market and other comparable properties. We talked through the data and came up with a pricing plan and marketing strategy for the house. She coordinated two photographers to take fantastic pictures of the house. The front landscaping wasn't great and I was busy getting the interior of the house ready, so she hired a landscaper to come by and spruce it up.
